About Us:

  • Background:

    Comfort Home Housing Association CIC derived from years of experience with the refugee housing support industry in 1999 formally known as The Refugee Link UK Ltd. Support was provided to refugees who entered the country. A door to door service was provided for single individuals, families and children where they were provided with clothes, housing, food, education and health support. Our senior staff come from various backgrounds with lived experience in homelessness and addiction.

    We are committed to promoting empowerment and supporting vulnerable individuals to live independently and contribute positively to their community and to society.

  • Aim:

    To provide suitable accommodation with effective and meaningful support to individuals in need, where they can feel safe and can gain the confidence to work on achieving their goals.

    We are culturally inclusive, we have lived experience in homelessness and addiction. 

  • Our Vision:

    We will continue to be forthright, honest and transparent with our service users at all times and we will work as a team in supporting individuals to achieve their goals.

    We will work in partnership with the local community, agencies and stakeholders in order to provide a safeguarded  environment for everyone in the community.

    We will continue to look at expanding into specific needs, and to match the varying criteria within our diverse communities, such as Transgender only accommodation, Domestic abuse victim accommodation and Single Mothers and baby accommodation.

  • Now:

    Comfort Home Housing Association CIC now provides supported accommodation to vulnerable adults in needs of crisis, as well as LGBT, Transgender people.  We also provide accommodation to single mothers and children and victims of domestic abuse.
