SERVICES
What we are doing
We are helping to rehabilitate, educate and empower men, women and children to rebuild their confidence and independence after suffering domestic abuse at the hands of others. These individuals often live in fear for their lives and the lives of their loved ones, not knowing when the next bout of violence will be. They will often blame themselves for what they are enduring, they witness the trauma that their child goes through when the child witnesses what is happening to them. Victims are sometimes reluctant to report the abuse to the authorities as they feel that the authorities will not believe them. They fear that the authorities will just hand them back to the perpetrator, and the violence will just get worse. These are very common and often justified fears of victims suffering with domestic abuse.
We are aiming to support men, women and children who are either victims of domestic abuse, or fear that they may become victims of abuse.
